Gotta' remember to acknowledge this post by me, Carol Ann since I am using Becky's account. I have been remiss previously. Just figured that all of you knew exactly who I was. ha ha!

Had another full day with physical therapy as usual. Melanie stopped by and brought my clean laundry and Bonnie came by and had lunch with me. For $5.00 and a two hour advance notice anyone can join us for any meal and what a nice meal they provide. It was fun to have them visit and Chris Rich stopped by during lunch, too.

After Bonnie left, I went down to the gym to play Bingo. There were only about six of us and we had a good time. I even won a prize - or chose one - a small jigsaw puzzle that I can work on here in my room at off hours. This is such a delightful place. Closest thing to a spa I have ever experienced (except for the physical therapy-and I imagine I could find a spa that would put me thru a lot more pain and charge me a lot more money)......it is wonderful to have all your meals provided, your room and bathroom cleaned while you are at p/t and ice water delivered three times a day, medicines delivered to your room, etc. I am really "roughing it easy" around here! ha!

Had a wonderful phone call from my brother, Keith, this afternoon. He had received a call from Merri but just wanted to talk to me personally. It is so great to hear his voice and spend time talking with him. He is such a country gentleman! He sends his love to all and says his family is doing well.

Evelyn is spending another week in Florida and having a wonderful time sitting around the pool and on the beach! Wally has been playing golf and loving every minute of it! They are also "roughing it easy". Ah yes! The retired life we all have waited for!
